I am a Sole Proprietor and small business owner. I offer my Drafting Services to Individuals and Professional Organizations who need to develop Architectural Building Plans, Civil Building Plans, Renderings or any other type of Auto CAD document for construction or production. I have a current business license in the City of Manteca California. I am well experienced in Commercial Construction, Residential Construction, Computer Aided Drafting and Design and possess a very strong Mechanical Aptitude and strong work ethic. 1980 to 1990 ~ I worked Non-Union concrete construction starting out as a laborer and advancing to Supervising Concrete Mason and Concrete Form setter. 1990 to 1999 ~ I worked as a Union Carpenter and received my Journeyman’s Certification in February of 1992 while at Local 316 in San Jose, California . Currently a member of Carpenters Local 25 in Manteca, California. 2000 to 2003 ~ I attended San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, California starting in the Fall semester of 2000 with a course if study in Engineering. As a result, by the Summer of 2003 I received an Outstanding Student award, Associate of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, an Associate of Arts Degree in Technical Education and a Certificate in Computer-Aided Drafting all with the Special Distinction ~ High Honors. 2003 to Present ~ Currently employed full time with a Professional Design Group located in Tracy, California I produce Architectural and Civil design plan sets. I am proud to be able to say I participate in the development of projects in and around the City of Tracy, California. As part of this team I have produced Contract Documents for many High Visibility Projects in this area. |
